In the EBC/A+ content we paint a picture of the current situation their Ideal target market is in, speak to their pain points, emphasize ParaMedic’s mission statement of helping customers keep the life saving medicines they need the most, close to them and poise ParaMedic’s Epipen case as the best solution to live a life free of fear.

We then use intricate graphics, beautiful photos and short paragraphs to illustrate and describe the core features and benefits of the product, its differences from competitors, its unique selling factors and more.
By this point our goal of placing the product in the life of the customer and feeding the customer’s vision of owning the product is accomplished, which for the most part closes the sale.

But you’ll notice that we take our approach one step further too. We pre-identify the biggest objections from potential customers i.e. that carrying a bag of medical supplies would be heavy and bothersome – and address them in the copy, such as

In doing so, we’re able to bridge the gap between the customer’s current situation and the desired situation they want, making their choice all the more clearer.

Most listings would label a product like this as just a “supply case.”

And while that’s true, that’s not a compelling reason to buy.

Great listings sell a better future - not a product.
